⸻ The location near the boardwalk was the main reason we chose this place. This was my first time staying here, and at first, I thought the building would be right on the beach because the website made it seem that way. But in reality, it’s actually one block away. That said, the room I stayed in had a partial ocean view through the gap between buildings, which was a pleasant surprise and made up for it. There are two pool areas, one on each side, which was very convenient for guests — a big plus. Considering the location and the price during this time of year, I think it was fair and reasonable. It’s a price point that feels accessible. The bedding in the room could use an update. The pillows were soft, but they had lost their shape and didn’t provide much support. I always bring my own pillow when I travel – it just makes sleeping so much more comfortable.

Shower was very tiny. No place to sit in room other than bed.

The only thing we didnt like was the living room furniture was uncomfortable

My husband has always avoided OC MD like the plague. He was pleasantly surprised and changed his outlook because of this hotel! I could not stop asking if we could come back! The staff were kind and very accommodating!
